Ten years ago Dr. Ryuji Hirazaka, a gynecologist, was suspended for serious errors in the performance of his duties. One day he received a proposal to work at San Juliana Hospital. To his great surprise, he was recruited by none other than Narumi Jinguji, a young woman with whom he had held a sordid history years before. This is why he was compelled to accept the position under cover of judicious blackmail. With this constraint, Dr. Hirazaka integrated into his new position all the frustrations of the past ten years during which he was compelled to abstain from medical practice.

Because indeed, the mission which was entrusted to him was to control all the nurses of the hospital and to dominate them to make them sex objects for the pleasure of their clientele.

Taking his work to heart, Dr. Hirazaka then starts practicing all of the hidden perversions, which had bottled up in him over the years. These fantasies all revolved around subjecting the nurses to his total domination, making them dependent on him.
